photopolymer is deposited on the platform. Then
the layer is cured using UV light. The platform
is lowered down and the process is repeated till

support structures are also printed to support
overhang features. - Material Extrusion To create a layer, a nozzle
extrudes the heated filament of the material and
traces the cross-section of the layer by
depositing the heated filament. The layer cools
down and the procedure is repeated for
subsequent layers until a 3D object is built.
