2INTRODUCTION
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

3SEBI GRADE A ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Eligibility for SEBI Grade A
- The basic eligibility criterion for appearing in
the exam has two conditions namely educational
qualification and age limit. Candidates are
permitted to apply for the maximum of two streams
only for which he/she is eligible to apply, based
on their educational qualifications. The detail
of the educational criteria and age limit is

- The maximum age limit for appearing in the exam
is 30 years. This means applicants born before
01st March 1990 are not eligible for the exam. - There is age relaxation for the reserved

SEBI GRADE A EXAM PATTERN
- Exam Pattern for Phase 1
- The SEBI Grade A Phase I exam will have two
assignments Paper I and Paper II. Both articles
have multiple-choice questions (MCQ). Paper 1
