Program (CHIP) provide no-cost or low-cost
health coverage for eligible children in
Pennsylvania. The CHIP program provides health
coverage for children so that they can get
routine check-ups, immunizations, and dental
care to keep them healthy. Qualifying for
CHIP- Uninsured. Younger than 19 years old. A
resident of Pennsylvania. Not eligible for
Medical Assistance. A U.S. citizen, a U.S.
national, or a lawfully residing
