Sunscreen Gel is a product that reduces the
harmful effects of sun rays on the skin. Sunlight
includes invisible ultraviolet waves. A little UV
light is suitable for vitamin D production, and
prolonged exposure to UV light can harm the body
sunburn and age spots, skin aging, weakened
immunity, and an increased likelihood of skin
cancer. Skin Hydration There are three types of
ultraviolet waves known UVA, UVB and UVC UVA
accelerates skin ageing, causes age spots,
wrinkles, and increases the likelihood of skin
cancer. It penetrates deep into the skin, does
not cause burns. UVB causes sunburn and
increases the likelihood of skin cancer. It is
from UVB rays that skin redness and burning
appear. Most harmful from 1000 to 1600. UVC is
potentially lethal radiation to humans, but it
does not reach the earth's surface because it is
absorbed by the atmosphere. Only UVA and UVB
rays reach human skin. To protect against their
harmful effects, special creams have been
developed.

What is SPF SPF is (sun protection factor) - the
degree of protection from sunlight. It ranges
from 0 to 100 units. The higher the number, the
higher the degree of protection. To protect the
skin from the harmful effects of the sun, you can
use products with a Sunscreen Gel SPF 50.
Products with Sunscreen Gel SPF 50 are intended
for tanning and do not provide sufficient
protection. The lighter the skin and the
prolonged exposure to the sun, the higher the
protection level of the cream should be. The
higher the SPF, the more expensive the product
is. However, the price tag is not always
justified. In most cases, SPF 50 is sufficient to
protect the skin, which protects against 98 of
ultraviolet radiation. Regardless of the cost
and quality of the cream, it must be applied
every 2 hours in sufficient quantity. Therefore,
it makes no sense to buy an expensive cream and
smear it in small portions - the protection will
be worse SPF 15 - protection of 93 of
radiation SPF 30 - protection 97 of
radiation SPF 50 - protection of 98 of
radiation SPF 100 - protection against 99 of
radiation

What are the remedies for the sunburn? Compositio
n of sunscreens Sunscreens come with chemical and
physical protection. Components of chemicals
absorb radiation, and physical ones reflect. The
main components of chemicals oxybenzone,
avobenzone, salicylates, cinnamates. Physical -
titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Sunscreen
consistency Release form and consistency of
sunscreens Cream Lotion Sunscreen
Gel Ointment Spray The effectiveness of sun
protection does not depend on the consistency of
the product. However, the form of the sunscreen
release does matter when you take it with you on
a hot day. With reliable heating, creams and
lotions become liquid. If you plan on spending
a long time in the sun, choose a hard stick or
spray. These tools are convenient for playing
sports compact, quickly applied, and do not
stain clothes. They can spill out of the package,
spread over the hands - they become inconvenient
to use.

How to choose a sunscreen gel for sports
activities When choosing a gel based sunscreen
for sports, consider several factors Water
resistance. For sports, choose moisture-resistant
creams. There are special creams for sports with
increased water resistance. Remember that even
moisture-resistant cream is washed off, so update
the layer according to the recommendations in the
instructions. The spectrum of protection. Choose
a cream labelled "broad spectrum" or "combined
filter" - it protects against all types of
harmful radiation. Protection factor (SPF). The
longer you are in the sun, the higher the SPF
should be. However, in most cases, Sunscreen Gel
SPF 50. Composition. It is better to use a cream
without parabens and fragrances - they can cause
allergies. The sun's rays dry out the skin, so if
you are in the sun for a long time, apply a cream
with moisturizing ingredients, such as aloe.

How to use Sunscreen Gel SPF 50 Apply sunscreen
in a thick layer to all exposed areas of the
body, especially those with thin skin (nose,
ears, skin around the eyes). Remember to use
sunscreen every time you go out in the sun.
Damage from exposure to UVA rays accumulates. An
adult needs 30-60 grams of cream per application
for the whole body. Apply mineral sunscreen 20-30
minutes before going outdoors. If you use
makeup, first apply sun cream on your face and
then apply makeup. There are foundations and
powders with SPF. If you are in the sun for a
long time, use them with sunscreen. Reapply the
cream every 2 hours and every time after bathing.
If you sweat a lot, apply the cream every 1-1.5
hours. Wear sunscreen even in winter and cloudy
weather. In winter, the harmful effects of the
sun are exacerbated by snow, and cloudy weather
is deceiving. Do not expose sunscreens to the
sun they become liquid when exposed to high
temperatures. Use a sunscreen balm to protect
your lips.

Solar protection rules summary When exercising
outdoors, use a wide range of sports sunscreens.
Choose a product taking into account the
characteristics of your skin. For short runs, use
SPF 30 creams, and for long-term sports, use SPF
50 Sunscreen Gel. Make sure that the creams are
free of allergens. Remember! No sunscreen will
provide complete protection from harmful rays. In
addition to using the cream, follow these simple
guidelines Exercise outside in the morning or
evening when the sun is less intense. UVB rays
are especially harmful from 1000 to 1600 A
route in the shade Cover your body with light
clothing, use a brimmed hat, sunglasses, and
sleeves. Wear UV protective clothing labelled
"UPF". Choose clothes with UPF 50 and higher. If
your skin is already red, avoid sun exposure.
Sunscreen won't help. Take good care of your
health, and outdoor sports will benefit you at
any time of the year.
