  • It is estimated that it takes people 21days to
    Make a new habit.
  • This 21-Day Fitness Challenge is a commitment to
    making physical and Mental health.
  • In 21 days efforts to form a new healthy habit.
  • Each year 14th November is celebrated as World
    Diabetic Day.
  • Dr. Pramod Tripathi thought of taking advantage
    of this occasion and started with 30-days
    Diabetes Reversal Challenge 2 years back where
    each day a live session was conducted giving
    interesting and useful tips on diet and exercise
    to reduce sugars.
  • The program got an overwhelming response with
    hundreds participating each year.
  • This year, the third year, Dr. Pramod Tripathi
