  of experience in treating more than thirty-five
  thousand buildings at Mumbai against termites.
  Our termite solutions are for pre-construction
  and post-construction anti-termite treatments of
  buildings.
• Our pre-construction anti-termite treatment
• We protect your home from termites through our
  anti-termite treatment when your building is
  under construction. This is when our treatment is
  most effective. After your building is complete
  and you have laid the tiles, we have limitations
  in creating an effective termite barrier at your
  home.
• Pre-construction anti-termite treatment commences
  half a meter below the ground, is affordable and

• Stage 1 Treatment of top surface on plinth
  filling under the slab
• We treat the consolidated earth with 5 litres
  termiticide per square metre before a
  construction crew lays a slab on the floor.  It
  is important that further construction does not
  disturb the anti-teremite treatment. Well-rammed
  soil that disallows seepage is treated with 5 to
  7.5 cm deep holes of 12 mm diameter at 15 cm gap
  to allow saturation of the termiticide.

• Stage 2 Treatment of external perimeter
• We treat the soil along the buildings internal
  wall with termiticide at the rate of 7.5 litres
  per square metre of the vertical surface of the
  sub-structure to 30 cm depth.  In addition, we
  apply termiticide to a shallow channel along the
  wall through a 12 mm diameter steel rod pierced
  to a depth of 30 cm every 15 cm to uniformly
  disperse the termiticide.
• Stage 3 Treatment of top surface on plinth
  filling under the slab
• We do treatment of untreated earth refill along
  the external perimeter of the building after
  completion by rodding at 15cm interval to a depth
  of 30 cm to expose the foundation wall surface.
  We pour termiticide emulsion along the wall at
  the rate of 7.5 litres per square metre of the
  vertical surface and tamp back the earth into
  place.

  Isoptera and feed on decaying plant materials.
  Termites guts have a cellulose-degrading enzyme
  to help them feed on wood, paper, cloth, straw or
  any other material containing cellulose.
