    remedy that can fight off germs.
  • To make honey tea, all you got to do is take a
    hot cup of water and out 1 to 2 teaspoons of
    honey and stir.

  • Ginger is filled with antioxidant and
    anti-inflammatory properties that encourage the
    airway to calm down, helping you breathe better.
    It also helps reduce coughing.
  • To make ginger tea, boil 4-6 pieces of peeled
