    Investment For Strength And Conditioning
    Programs?
  • If you are a weightlifter, or plan on becoming
    one, you need to invest in a weightlifting belt.
    A weightlifting belt not only makes you safer,
    but it makes you more efficient. A weightlifting
    belt not only has two major functions it helps
    you perform weight-training exercises properly,
    and it also helps prevent injury. First let's
    talk about what a weightlifting belt does.
  • First, a weight belt decreases lower back stress
    and unnecessary fatigue by supporting the torso.
    When you are lifting in an upright stance, it is
    difficult for your legs to keep up with the
    increased weight of your arms, your back has to
    take the brunt of this extra load, which
    increases both lower back pain and unnecessary
