has dedicated his professional career to
practicing construction and commercial law in New
Jersey and New York. A Fellow of the Construction
Lawyers Society of America, he maintains
memberships in multiple associations including
the Transportation Contractors Association and
the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Construction and Commercial Law
Greg Trif focuses primarily on the areas of
construction and commercial law. Practicing in
the states of New Jersey and New York, he made
partner at an Am Law 200 firm before exploring
new endeavors. He is a current managing member
for Trif Modugno LLC and chairs the
Construction and Surety Law Committee of the
Morris County Bar Association.

A 2006 Rutgers University School of Law grad,
Greg has committed his time to upholding the
standards of law practice in New Jersey by
co-chairing the Construction Law Section of the
New Jersey State Bar Association.

District Courts in both states. Among his credits
is the notable achievement of co-chairing the

chairs multiple committees and clubs including
the Construction and Surety Law Committee of the
Morris County Bar Association. Greg Trif recently
embarked on a new partnership as a managing
