How to use Paregoric Medication?

• Paregoric medication is always present in liquid
  form.
• It may vary from patient to patient so it is
  mandatory to use it exactly as your doctor
  prescribed.
• Never take it more than 6 times in a day however,
  doctors always suggest taking it 3 or 4 times in
  a day.
• It is always suggested to take this medication
  with food or milk because it may cause stomach
  upset.
• Before taking the medication, shake the bottle of
  medication properly, measure the quantity of it
  with a measuring spoon.

  dose you are advised to skip the dose and
  continue from next time.

• Storage Always store these Paregoric medication
  in the container they came in, tightly closed and
  out of reach of children. Keep this away from the
  excessive heat and moisture. Do not freeze and
  store it at room temperature.
• Disposal To ensure that no one other than you
  consume it without a doctor prescription, you
  should dispose of it or drain it when not needed.
