BEST BEGINNER DUMBBELL WORKOUTS
Bicep Curl
While your arms hang at your sides, stand with a
dumbbell in each hand. Don't squeeze the weights
together.

Overhead Tricep Extension
Using both hands, hold a weight over your head.
Keep your upper arms near your ears and your
elbows in front of you.
Bent Over Row
Bend softly at the hip, making sure to retain the
muscles of your heart and keep your back straight.
