sauce
  • Korean soy sauce includes Stir soy sauce, brown
    sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic
    sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper
    together in a saucepan bring to a boil. Whisk
    cornstarch and water together in a small bowl
    until the cornstarch dissolves pour into boiling
    soy sauce mixture
  • Korean fish sauce includes Southeast Asian fish
    sauce is often made from anchovies, salt, and
    water, and is intensely flavored. Anchovies and
    salt are arranged in wooden barrels to ferment
    and are slowly pressed, yielding the salty, fishy
    liquid.
