I am a professionally trained, highly qualified
counsellor and psychotherapist, offering my
services to Central London and Woolwich, and into
Greenwich, Lambeth, and Crayford and across South
East London. Since 2012, I have been dedicated to
offering both short-term and long-term
counselling and psychotherapy to a huge number of
clients, including individuals, couples, groups,
and those who identify as LGBT.

I also provide a number of personal development
workshops and I offer clinical supervision to
those completing their psychotherapy training.
A strong focus on understanding your condition
and concerns allows me to tailor a counselling
service suited to your specific needs, giving you
the best opportunity for sustainable results and
a steadily healthier life. By working closely
with you, either individually or in a group
setting, I will help you overcome feelings of
anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and other
negative emotions that can keep you stuck.

I aim to provide high-quality services at
affordable rates, and all my fees are calculated
on an income scale, ensuring you get the help you
need without the hefty cost. I have undergone
extensive training in the principles and
practices of an Integrative Psychotherapy Model,
which featured Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, and Psychodynamic Approaches. I am
particularly specialised in Psychodynamic
Psychotherapy both long-term and short-term
models of practice.
I am accredited and registered with a range of
