Steps to Follow For Canada PR Process
Step 1 Attend a Counselling Session

Step 2 Canada Express Entry Program

• As Per Canada Government, there is a new process
  for selection of professionals and trade persons
  for the Visa Immigration Process Canada for
  Permanent Residence(PR) effected from 1st
  January,2016. This process is called as Express
  Entry Canada. Under this process, the applicants
  can file their applications under Federal Skilled
  Worker Classes for Immigration to Canada.
• Express Entry System is one of the fastest
  online immigration system to get Canada PR.
• Follow the steps given in the next slides
  for Express Entry Program.

Step 3  - Ranking System

• Canada Express Entry is based on Ranking System
  which is a point-based system, in which
  applicants are placed in a que for evaluation and
  placement. And if you are a married person, then
  under CRS system, it would be beneficial that you
  and your spouse submit IELTS and WES report
  summaries.
• Once you submit the application in CRS system
  then based on your Age, Education, Experience,
  Language Proficiency, Any Blood Relation living
  in Canada, your profile will have a proper CRS
  score.
• You must have experience of at least 1 year I any
  NOC(skill types O,A,B) but to get ITA full time,
  you need 3 years of experience(30 hours per week).

Step 4  - Eligibility of Express Entry Ranking
System

• NOC O Group Occupation List
• NOC B Group Occupation List
• NOC A Group Occupation List
• Occupation must require university education or
  any training experience.
• It is important for applicants to meet the
  eligibility criteria to get selected through
  Express Entry Program under provincial
  nomination such as minimum requirement of 6.0
  band in each category for IELTS.

• Manitoba Provincial Nomination for Skilled
  Workers.
• Quebec Immigration- Skilled Worker Program.
• British Columbia Provincial Nomination for
  Skilled Workers.
• Saskatchewan Provincial Nomination for Skilled
  Workers.

Step 6  - Quebec Immigration Skilled Worker
Program

• The Quebec Immigration Selection System for
  Quebec Skilled Worker indicates which applicants
  are likely to become economically established
  upon the immigration to Quebec.
• An applicant get selected for the
  Quebec Skilled Worker Category if they hold a
  valid job offer in Quebec or possess experience.
  Those who are successful under the Quebec
  Immigration selection system will be issued
  a Quebec Selection Certificate followed by
  Candian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa.
• In order to qualify for Quebec Selection
  Certificate, applicants should score enough
  points. A single applicant should have at least
  49 points based on the criteria. An
  applicant with a spouse law must have 57 points.

application to the Quebec Skilled Workers
Category including Spouse, Dependent Children,
Common-Law Partner. The time involved to get the
Permanent Residency is around 24 months.
