  devices
• Right-click Ports (COM LPT) gt select
  Proprieties
• Open the Port settings tab in the Properties
  window
• Select Use any interrupt assigned to the port
• Check the box next to Enable legacy Plug and Play
  detection gt click OK

• Right-click on Print Spooler gt select Proprieties
• In the General tab, set Startup type to Automatic
  from the drop-down menu gt click Apply gt OK
• Close the Services window and restart your
  computer to see if it fixed the issue.
• Update Windows-
• Press the Start button gt open Settings
• Click Update Security
• Select Windows Update
• Click Check for updates
• If it finds any updates, let it complete the
  process and restart your computer
