Soft skills are termed as interpersonal skills
and personality traits that make a person
successful in his job place. It only creates a
positive and functional work environment but also
makes the organization highly competitive. They
must not be mixed with hard skills. While, hard
skills are described as technical skills that
define a persons ability to perform a specific
task, whereas, soft skills let that person retain
his job.  Listing soft skills in your resume and
demonstrating them in your interview will open
new doors of opportunities.
