    being polished.
  • The finishing and deburring process is increased
    in vibratory barrels due to the relative motion
    between finishing media and the pieces as
    vibrations are generated and with the help of
    three dimensional vibrations and thus the process
    becomes more effective which is controlled by
    amplitude and frequency of the vibrations
    generated by mounted weights, which imparts
    higher force than the gravitational force. These

  • Magnetic polisher comprises of a container and a
    series of magnets from 4 to 32 in numbers that
     rotate at an adjustable speed and finishing
    media consists of micro-needles of martensitic(
    which is a very hard form of steel crystalline
    structure) stainless steel which  are
    Ferro-magnetic, where  motor contained in the
    base spins a heavy disc with different
    high-powered magnets attached on it, this creates
    a magnetic field which in turn makes the magnetic
    steel pins jump randomly in and around the pot or

    to fill and empty compared with the rotary
    tumbler and very economical to run. Simply
    quarter-fill the acrylic drums or barrel with
    water and add the stainless-steel pins and your

    cleaning or anti tarnish compound, the steel
    media you receive with the magnetic polisher is
    made from tiny 5mmx0.3mm steel pins made of
    stain-resistant magnetic stainless steel.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning machines uses ultrasound
    (usually from 20400 kHz) and an appropriate
    cleaning agent to clean items and can be used
    with just water and a solvent appropriate for the
