Mood Swings in Pregnancy
Pregnancy is one condition only a female species
can experience - A surge in hormonal level,
extreme bodily changes, related pains and
discomfort, mood swings and all this for almost
nine months is a super tough ask for any woman.
Even science has proved that the female species
is the stronger in any species due to its
capacity to endure pain, give unconditional love
and bear the pains of birth, which a male can
never even imagine to endure. 
One of the sudden changes in a woman that is
noticeable during pregnancy is the surge in
emotional swings. These emotional swings may
differ in every woman. Some women tend to have
more mood swings in the initial weeks of
pregnancy and some would have them through out
the pregnancy period. There may be women who have
a stable mood pattern during the pregnancy but it
is rare. Most of the women have to undergo this
sudden changes in mood due to many different
factors and changes taking places in her body due
to pregnancy.

Mood swings and its generators
Changes in level of hormone Estrogen, an hormone
secreted largely during pregnancy, has a very
crucial effect on your mood. It affects the whole
body and also the part of the brain that
regulates your moods. This is believed to be the
major cause of mood swing in tandem with other
factors. On the other hand Progesterone is known
to induces sadness along with its main function
of loosening the bones and muscles in preparation
of the body for pregnancy. These two hormones can
play havoc on your mood patterns.

Sleep deprivation This is one huge factor in
your mood swing. Even though you had enough
sleep, the body is always in a state of
excitement due to continuous hormonal and bodily
changes, that  takes a toll on the body and keep

lack of sleep and fatigue. The sleep is, quite
often, not sound because of pregnancy related
aches and pains. The major reason for light sleep

your mood for a toss. It would frequently be

sleep routine. Moreover getting good naps
in-between your home or office chores can be
important to keep yourself relaxed and energized.
Sleep can surely bring down your mood surges and
keep you feeling happy.

a good psychological therapy to keep your moods
up. Pampering yourself the things you love to do
or eat can be a perfect emotion soother. And when
