STANDARD CANOPIE INCLUSIONS
  Canopied Body All canopy body's are constructed
using all 3mm aluminium sheet. Canopies
Doors Canopied doors fully framed with 3mm SHS
aluminium tube and skinned with 3mm aluminium
sheet for superior strength. Door Locks All
doors fitted with vector compression locks keyed
alike for your convenience. Door Struts Quality
Australian made Stabilise gas struts fitted to
all doors. Door Seal All canopied doors are
fitted with pinch weld rubber seal for superior
sealing.

duty rubber floor matt for your

sanded and coated with hi fill primer then re
sanded and painted with 2 pack paint and colour

custom aluminum UTE trays by own and you have to
outsource them to a professional. Let's see how
it is done
How to Spray Paint Aluminum Trays?
Clean the aluminum tray Before you get ready
with your spray paint, it is essential to
properly clean the tray. Similar to every other
thing, trays are also prone to the accumulation
of dust. And no one would want their newly
painted custom aluminum UTE trays to show
dissipated dust spots here and there. Take a
bucket with warm water and add two spoonfuls of
degreasing cleaner. Dip a clean rag to the
solution and wipe down the tray from every side.
Make sure to put in a little extra effort to get
rid of any flaking layer of paint or rust. You
can also use a wire brush to remove nasty spots.
Once done, clean any remaining moisture using a
clean, dry cloth.

• Use a sandpaper
• You can never be entirely sure that
  every speck of dust has been removed from the
  aluminum trays. Hence, sanding the surface offers
  a better perspective. Afterward, start by
  vigorously rubbing the sandpaper on to the
  aluminum tray. Don't forget to clean the sides,
  corners, and crevices for a thorough cleaning.
  Similarly, it is also preferable to use two
  different textured grit paper for better results.
  Start with a coarse one and then proceed to one
  that has even finer grits.

Spray a self-etching primer In case your spray
paint doesn't come with a primer, a self-etching
primer is considered best. Unlike other primers,
they are specially curetted to latch onto the
tray almost instantly. This offers a great
bonding capacity for the upcoming paint job,
making the paint stick nicely and uniformly.
Start by initially putting a single thin coat of
primer all over the tray. Let it dry for some
time, and then carefully examine if there is any
uniformity. Once examined, you can then proceed
with putting a couple more thin coats of the
primer on the tray. Finally, you will need to
sand the tray again, using a fine-grit paper,
followed by wiping with a clean rag .

Apply paint and sealer While choosing spray
paint for getting the work done, make sure they
are marked "exterior-grade." As custom aluminum
UTE trays have to undergo various weather
conditions, the paint needs to be of good
quality. Similarly, if you want your trays to
look flawless, getting a matte or satin finish
spray paint is considered best. Follow the
manufacturer's guidelines for an efficient paint
job and let them dry thoroughly. At the very
least, you will need to coat them with two coats
of enamel sealer. The sealer will act as a
protectant for the paint, reducing chipping,
scratching, or fading the colors.
