entity that has a separate legal personality from
its members. A corporation is owned by multiple
shareholders and is overseen by board of
directors which hires the business managerial
    staff.

What is Marketing and its levels?
  • It is a shared process fundamental to any
    business growth that determines consumers
wants, focusing on a product and/or service to
those wants and to mold the consumers toward the
    products/services.

8
What are the 2 levels of Marketing?
  • Strategic Marketing an attempt to determine how
an organization competes against its competitors
in a market place. In particular, it aims of
generating a competitive advantage relative to
    its competitors.
  • Operational Marketing it executes marketing
functions to attract and keep customers and to
maximize the value derived for them, as well as
to satisfy the customer with prompt services and
    meeting the customer expectations.

9
What are the 4Ps of Marketing?
  • Product it deals with the specifications of the
actual goods or services and how it relates to
the end-users needs and wants. The scope of a
    product generally includes supporting elements
such as warranties, guarantees, and support.
  • Pricing the process of setting a price for a
product, including discounts. The price need not
be monetary it can simply be what is exchanged
for the product or services, e.g., time, energy,
    psychology or attention.

10
  • Promotion this includes advertising, sales
promotion, publicity and selling. Branding refers
to the various methods of promoting the product,
    brand, or company.
  • Distribution is how the product/services gets
to the customer. It also pertains to the channel
by which a product or services is sold, which
geographic region or industry, to which segment,
    and many more.

11
What is Advertising, Distribution Selling?
  • Advertising is a communication whose purpose is
to inform potential customers about products and
services and how to use and obtain them. It is
usually placed anywhere an audience can easily or
frequently access visuals or audios or prints.
  • Distribution a distributor is the middleman
between the manufacturer and retailer. After a
product is manufactured, it is typically sold to
a distributor. The distributor then sells the
    product to retailers and customers.

12
  • The channels or distribution chains are referred
to as intermediaries, each passing the product
down the chain to next organization, before it
finally reaches the end-user or consumer.
  • Alternate channels may be available and such is
Direct Selling via mail order, telephone,
internet , agency, wholesaler (distributor) and
    advertisement.
  • Selling is a systematic process of repetitive
and measurable milestones by which a salesperson
relates to his offering of a product or services
in return enabling the buyer to achieve his goal
    economically.

13
What is Direct Selling? Multi Level Marketing?
Network Marketing Business?
  • Direct selling, network marketing, multilevel
    marketing, party-plan marketing and one-to-one
marketing are all variations on the same theme.
  • Direct selling is the sale of a consumer product
or service, person to person, away from a fixed
    retail store.
  • An independent contractor / distributor /
    consultant basically contracts with the
    manufacturer to sell products.
  • Sales typically take place through in-home
    product demonstrations, parties, meeting, or
    one-on-one presentations.

14
  • Recruiting others is ideally the primary point of
the business. The downstream distributors pay
you a percentage of their sales just as you pay
percentage of your sales upstream to the person
    who recruited you.
  • Network marketing or direct selling can earn you
a passive income from satisfied customers
reordering products or services you previously
    sold.
  • Overall, it is about Sales, Commissions, and
    Leveraging.

15
  • MLM is a method of distribution of products, in
which costs associated with advertising and
marketing are covered at the moment of actual
    sale.
  • MLM is a model of business which doesnt require
a concept or bearing the risk associated with
investing capital, as in case of typical business
    activity or franchising.
  • MLM is one possible way of introducing a product
to the market without bearing huge costs
associated with promotion and without the need to
transfer rights to a product to someone else.

16
What are the TOP 5 Reasons WHY Direct Selling?
  • YOU CAN CREATE PASSIVE INCOME
  • A LESS EXPENSIVE BUSINESS COMPARED TO OTHERS
  • TAX INCENTIVES
  • YOU MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS
  • THE MOMENT YOU JOIN A DIRECT-SELLING COMPANY,
  • YOU ARE IN BUSINESS

17
  • YOU CAN CREATE PASSIVE INCOME
  • The key to being rich is money to come to you
24 hours a day without your having to be working
all the time. What if youre an income earner
with a minimum wage? The time you carry with
    your job is the exchange.
  • Trading in direct-selling products or
services, as you build your customer base, you
not only earn money from your own efforts but as
you get other people to start their business, you
begin earning money from their efforts as well.

18
  • A LESS EXPENSIVE BUSINESS COMPARED TO OTHERS
  • Contemporary business plans require a big
    initial investment. Some direct-selling
companies sell start-up kits for a very low
    price.
  • TAX INCENTIVES
  • Be in direct-selling business because of the
obvious fact incentives. Daily activities such
    as travel, telephone conversations, entertainment
and the like are legitimate expenses and at least
    tax-deductible.

19
  • YOU MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS
  • The direct-selling business tends to attract
people who are looking to balance their lives
with their need for additional income. Quitting
your day job is an option but until your
    direct-selling income outstrips your regular
income dont even think of it or do it
    full-time.
  • THE MOMENT YOU JOIN A DIRECT-SELLING COMPANY, YOU
    ARE IN BUSINESS
  • Starting a new business entails relationship
    development, finding reliable suppliers, testing
marketing plans, and the like. However, in
direct selling you can make it happen and start
going after customers from day one after you find
a company thats right for you. Its all there
    and ready to go.

20
What are the Universal Compensation Plans?
  • BINARY SYSTEM
  • UNI LEVEL SYSTEM

21
UNILEVEL SYSTEM
  • The UNI level system is an honest mechanism
rewarding most productive people. In this system
the more productive person earns more regardless
    of the level it occupies.
  • The shape of the structure above reflects the
number of people employed at particular levels.
The model shows a lever effect, the owner earns
the most while deriving income from the labor of
employed people. Thus, high salary is not the
effect of his high productivity but the effect of
    his position.
  • Assuming that Person 1 from the 2nd line of YOU
is more productive than Person YOU and recommends
to register 7 persons with each person
recommends 2 persons. This situation shows
Person 1 earns more than Person YOU, even though
it is located one level lower.
  • A/B 1st Level 5/6/7/8 3rd Level
  • 1/2/3 2nd Level

22
BINARY SYSTEM
  • The binary system is of the mechanisms which is
supposed to additionally motivate and boost pace
of building a network. The possibility of a
    developing structure is unlimited, vertically.
Every participant in the network can have just 2
persons under her/him without the need for own
    activity associated with recommending products.
  • The concept of binary system is mutual motivation
and growing pace of growth of the network of
clients. The shown diagram involves 6 persons in
the group. The left side is the strong side and
the right side is the weak side of the structure.
  • MYTH
  • The person on top (YOU) of this structure earns
more than the persons below (A,B, 1,2, 3).
  • TRUTH
  • MLM systems reward the effects of work and not
the occupied position, people located lower in
the structure can receive higher commissions.
This means that the person who develops its
structure to a greater extent becomes the
stronger side of the person above , achieving
higher commissions than the person above.

23
MLM is a system of rewarding people who
contribute to sale of products or provision of
services. MLM method contributes sale of
products from recommendations and direct
purchases. The person whose ID is provided in
course of making an order is rewarded for an
actual sale. MLM has a bonus system which allows
generating passive income. MLM rewards for
directly recommended persons and recommended
directly by direct ones. Every person has the
opportunity to build individual consumer
distribution structures
