associated with promotion and without the need to
transfer rights to a product to someone else.

- YOU CAN CREATE PASSIVE INCOME
- A LESS EXPENSIVE BUSINESS COMPARED TO OTHERS
- TAX INCENTIVES
- YOU MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS
- THE MOMENT YOU JOIN A DIRECT-SELLING COMPANY,
- YOU ARE IN BUSINESS
-
-
17- YOU CAN CREATE PASSIVE INCOME
- The key to being rich is money to come to you
24 hours a day without your having to be working
all the time. What if youre an income earner
with a minimum wage? The time you carry with
your job is the exchange. - Trading in direct-selling products or
services, as you build your customer base, you
not only earn money from your own efforts but as
you get other people to start their business, you
begin earning money from their efforts as well.
18- A LESS EXPENSIVE BUSINESS COMPARED TO OTHERS
-
- Contemporary business plans require a big
initial investment. Some direct-selling
companies sell start-up kits for a very low
price. - TAX INCENTIVES
-
- Be in direct-selling business because of the
obvious fact incentives. Daily activities such
as travel, telephone conversations, entertainment
and the like are legitimate expenses and at least
tax-deductible.
19- YOU MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS
-
- The direct-selling business tends to attract
people who are looking to balance their lives
with their need for additional income. Quitting
your day job is an option but until your
direct-selling income outstrips your regular
income dont even think of it or do it
full-time. - THE MOMENT YOU JOIN A DIRECT-SELLING COMPANY, YOU
ARE IN BUSINESS -
- Starting a new business entails relationship
development, finding reliable suppliers, testing
marketing plans, and the like. However, in
direct selling you can make it happen and start
going after customers from day one after you find
a company thats right for you. Its all there
and ready to go.
20What are the Universal Compensation Plans?
- BINARY SYSTEM
- UNI LEVEL SYSTEM
21UNILEVEL SYSTEM
- The UNI level system is an honest mechanism
rewarding most productive people. In this system
the more productive person earns more regardless
of the level it occupies. - The shape of the structure above reflects the
number of people employed at particular levels.
The model shows a lever effect, the owner earns
the most while deriving income from the labor of
employed people. Thus, high salary is not the
effect of his high productivity but the effect of
his position. - Assuming that Person 1 from the 2nd line of YOU
is more productive than Person YOU and recommends
to register 7 persons with each person
recommends 2 persons. This situation shows
Person 1 earns more than Person YOU, even though
it is located one level lower. - A/B 1st Level 5/6/7/8 3rd Level
- 1/2/3 2nd Level
22BINARY SYSTEM
- The binary system is of the mechanisms which is
supposed to additionally motivate and boost pace
of building a network. The possibility of a
developing structure is unlimited, vertically.
Every participant in the network can have just 2
persons under her/him without the need for own
activity associated with recommending products. - The concept of binary system is mutual motivation
and growing pace of growth of the network of
clients. The shown diagram involves 6 persons in
the group. The left side is the strong side and
the right side is the weak side of the structure.
- MYTH
- The person on top (YOU) of this structure earns
more than the persons below (A,B, 1,2, 3). - TRUTH
- MLM systems reward the effects of work and not
the occupied position, people located lower in
the structure can receive higher commissions.
This means that the person who develops its
structure to a greater extent becomes the
stronger side of the person above , achieving
higher commissions than the person above.
23MLM is a system of rewarding people who
contribute to sale of products or provision of
services. MLM method contributes sale of
products from recommendations and direct
purchases. The person whose ID is provided in
course of making an order is rewarded for an
actual sale. MLM has a bonus system which allows
generating passive income. MLM rewards for
directly recommended persons and recommended
directly by direct ones. Every person has the
opportunity to build individual consumer
distribution structures
