Best and worst drinks for your teeth
  • By Surya Dental Care

2
Introduction
  • You should eat a healthy diet that consists of
tooth-friendly foods and liquids to preserve a
    healthy oral cavity.
  • The effects of the beverages they consume on
their teeth are not understood to most people.
  • The liquids you drink often leave traces that
have a strong effect on the teeth, comparable to
    snacks and foods.

3
  • Drinks that are good for your mouth

4
Water
  • Staying hydrated is a convenient way to avoid
common oral issues such as cavities,
    discoloration of teeth.
  • At daily intervals, drinking a sip of water wipes
out the unhealthy bacteria and avoids poor
breath, dry mouth and other severe dental
    problems.

5
Milk
  • Proteins, vitamins and other mineral compounds
that help the oral cavity include milk.
  • Vitamin D found in milk helps to restore and
reinforce the teeth with enamel remineralization.

6
Green Tea
  • Green tea is a healthy drink because it is filled
    with antioxidants and anti-aging ingredients,
reducing the likelihood of Alzheimer's disease,
    reducing diabetes, and much more.

7
Low Sugar Vegetable juice
  • To keep your mouth clean safe, it is strongly
recommended to eat the juice obtained from the
dark green vegetables and leafy greens.

8
  • Drinks that are bad for your mouth

9
Soft Drinks
  • Soft drinks such as soda and cola are carbonated
drinks that are refined and contain excess sugar
    compounds.
  • Too much intake of those drinks fills the teeth
    with sugar deposits.
  • This contributes to damage and the enamel erosion.

10
Wine
  • The alcoholic beverage produced from fermented
    grapes is extremely acidic.
  • Bear in mind that acidic compounds are effective
in damaging the enamel of your teeth.

11
Energy Drinks
  • Even though energy drinks contain electrolytes to
fuel you, they're not safe for your teeth.
  • This is due to certain fluids containing sugar
    and acidic compounds.

12
  • We may not force you to give up your favourite
beverages and drinks. A few drinks that profit
and damage your oral health have just been
    illuminated.
  • THANK YOU
