SUMMARY

• M/S SGNCO Metalloys Limited (the Company) is an
  unlisted public company based in Gurgaon,
  Haryana.
• M/S SGNCO Metalloys Limited has setup a recycling
  plant to manufacture Aluminum alloy and Copper
  alloy ingots from aluminum and copper scrap
• The Company is in to import of engine and
  transmission items which are required to recycle
  and produce aluminum copper ingots
• The plant already has a base of identified
  sources for raw materials (scrap material)
  required for the trading business
• These scrap material will be dismantled and
  segregated for producing aluminum and copper
  ingots
• Particularly three types of materials including
  Heavy Metal Steel (HMS), Aluminum and Copper will
  be segregated and extracted

  non-government company
• The registered office of the Company is located
  in Gurgaon in the Indian State of Haryana
• The Company has been involved in metal waste and
  scrap recycling, such as rejected aluminum
  utensils, copper parts, containers, and other
  used metallic items, etc.
• It also collects and trades metal waste and
  other used metallic scrap

• The Company produces Aluminum and Copper ingots
  in its plant from aluminum and copper scrap.
  Company is into import of aluminum and copper
  scrap which will be processed recycled in the
  plant to produce aluminum and copper ingots.

• The factory is located in Gandhidham, Gujarat.
• It is strategically located near Mundra port to
  save transportation cost.

SUPPLY CHAIN

• The firm imports the engine and transmission
  items which is used to process and manufacture
  aluminium ingots and copper ingots
• The firm currently imports the scrap for its
  trading business and hence has the raw material
  sources identified
• These scrap is dismantled and segregated for
  producing recycled aluminum and copper ingots
• Mainly, three types of materials shall be
  dismantled, segregated and extracted Heavy
  Metal Steel (HMS), Aluminum, and Copper from auto
  components
