Carlos Warter is the founder and president of the
World Health Foundation for Development of Peace
and received the United Nations General Assembly
Peace Messenger Award in 1987.

Carlos Warter MD was a Member American Academy
Addiction Psychiatry and the American Academy of
Pain Management while working as Founder and
President of the World Health Foundation for
Development of Peace.

Carlos Warter worked as the Resident Harvard
University Children's Hospital (Boston Mass) for
a year and Resident Department of Psychiatry and
the Mental Health University of Chile for more or
less 4 years.

Carlos Warter MD dedicated to consciousness,
health awareness and global education. Lecturer,
author, psychiatrist, creator, and leader of
seminars for the transformation of Consciousness
and Self Awareness for Individuals, Groups.

Carlos Warter attended the University of Chile
School of Medicine from 1964-1970. Later on, he
went to the Rotating Four Internship University
of Chile from 1970-71.
