do regular exercises with the help of their

to do, firstly students will have make changes in
the wake up habits, they should get up in the
early morning and do exercises, running, yoga,
whatever they comfortable to be. They must need
to take time of 1-2 hours daily for exercises.
5HEALTH CONSCIOUS
- Take foods like green vegetables and it should be
home made. - Take fruits, juice for healthy body and shining
in your face. - Try to avoid fast foods, it can harm your body .
- Drink more water as much as u can.
- It should be habit to drink milk everyday to the
students.

unexpected weight gain to them. Try to intake
