ABOUT ELLERN MEDE
Ellern Mede has been providing evidence-based
specialized treatment for children and young
people with eating disorders since 2000 in
London. We offer flexible Outpatient Services
for anorexia eating disorders. We have two
hospitals, both based in North London, the first
is at Ridgeway and is registered for 28 patients
and the second is at Barnet is registered for up
to 16 patients.

OUTPATIENT EATING DISORDER PROGRAMMES
The Ellern Mede outpatient service provides
therapeutic assessment and short term treatment
of eating disorders. Over six to eight weeks you
will receive focused multi-dimensional input for
young people and their families. During this time
when social distancing is essential, we offer
early intervention, psycho-education, psychiatric
and psychological online therapies and dietetic
advice with meal plans.
