Roy Blackburn has been volunteering at Occupy
Medical Clinic, Eugene, OR since March 2015 and
has been working as the director at Pacific
Medical Evaluation and Review Company, Eugene, OR
since January 2007.

Dr. Roy Blackburn got medical licenses from New
York, Oregon, and Utah. He is also an organ
donor. While growing up, Dr. Roy Blackburn was
interested in music and medicine. He had begun
playing guitar at the age 9 and later took piano
and voice lessons.

In the interim between completing his biology
degree and entering medical school, Dr. Roy
Blackburn worked as an orderly in a hospital and
later on attended the Medical School which he
completed in 1987. He also advocate all eligible
individuals to sign up to be an organ donor and
give the gift of life.

Dr. Roy Manell Blackburn worked as a medical
director at ST. MICHAEL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL,
Texarkana, TX for 4 years from 1995-1999. He
attended ST. Vincent MEDICAL CENTER, Staten
Island, NY where he was Resident- Internal
Medicine from July 1987- June 1990.

Dr. Roy Blackburn completed his biology degree in
1982 at Augusta University and was fortunate
enough to be able to travel to Europe, including
Eastern Europe.
