Portable syngas gas analyzer
I. Introduction Portable syngas gas analyzer
CH4/CO2/CO/H2/O2/CxHy TY-6330P adopts the
imported gas sensor measurement using
electrochemical sensor of oxygen, hydrogen
measurement using MEMS TCD thermal conductivity
sensor, methane and carbon dioxide, carbon
monoxide, measured using non dispersive infrared
gas sensor NDIR principle (selected according to
user needs).

24-hour online syngas analysis system
24-hour online syngas analysis system TY-8330
consists of online continuous syngas analyser,
gas conditioning system, washing system, PLC
system, industrial computer system(optional). It
can measure CH4,CO2,CO,CnHm,O2 and H2 at the same
time in one unit, and calculating heating value
in MJ/M3 or Kal/m3. It has water bubbler washing
system to remove tar, and gas cooler as well as
two precise filters to remove moisture and dust.
All the measurement data and system status can be
transited the centre control system by 4-20mA,
RS485 or PLC system.

Handheld single gas detectors
Handheld single gas detector TY-7000D is used in
the places where it needs to move quickly to
detect the concentration, temperature and
humidity of various gases on the site and alarm
when they exceed the standard. Handheld single
gas detector TY-7000D uses a 2.5-inch clear color
screen to display the concentration in real time.
The gas sensor based on the principles of
electrochemistry or infrared, catalytic
combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoion,
Swiss precision capacitance digital temperature
and humidity sensor and the advanced circuit
design and mature core algorithm processing of
handheld single gas detector TY-7000D have been
selected and achieved A number of software works
and appearance patents.

FUJI ZRE Infrared Gas Analyzer
This gas analyzer (ZRE) is capable of measuring
the concentration of NO,SO2,CO2,CO,CH4 and O2
components in sample gas. NO,SO2,CO2,CO and CH4
are measured by non-dispersion infrared method
(NDIR), while O2 is measured by fuel cell, or
zirconia method. Up to 5 components including O2
can be measured simultaneously. This analyzer is
designed with smaller physical dimensions. It is
well suited for compact analyzing system designs.
In addition maintenance is simpli?ed through
adoption of the single-beam system. Optimum use
as an analyzer unit of measurement system for
combustion exhaust gas from refuse incinerator
and boiler, or gas from various industrial
furnaces.
