As a Microbiologist
Enosh Baker worked as a molecular biologist at
Stanford University and also traveled extensively
in Latin America studying and working as a
microbiologist. He is also the part-owner of a
brewery in Costa Rica. Enosh Baker holds a degree
in Physiological Ecology from the University of
California.

Owner of Agroecology Research Center
Enosh Baker is the owner of an agroecology
research center called Nierika in the foothills
of Yuba County. The space also is an art
residency, and Enosh Baker frequently
collaborates with other artists as well.

Enosh Baker has a wide range of professions
including, art fabricator, project manager,
writer, and chef. He is the part-owner of a
cooperative brewery in Costa Rica. He is
passionate about creating sustainable living
opportunities.

World Traveler
Enosh Baker was born in Israel and has traveled
the world for most of his life. He has traveled
extensively and loves to constantly explore his
home state of California. Currently, he is
working to help build sustainable communities.
