  • Sleeplessness is common during pregnancy.
  • It occurs due to the hormonal changes and
    physical discomforts allied with pregnancy.

    the trimester have different reason for causing
    sleeplessness.

  • Increased walking due to frequent urge to pee.
  • Physical and emotional stress of pregnancy causes
    insomnia.
