Executive Summary-

• As a customer ,got a bad quality and damaged
  product .Hence ,after a long wait and late
  delivery the product has been received. After
  checking the product the product has been
  Damaged ,Lack of good product quality used
  during manufacturing ,Leakage problem ,Nut and
  bolt galvanization. After trying to contact to
  discuss issues related to it then, no response to
  any call .

• Its been working together for 5 years .Received
  delivery out of time and with low quality
  manufacturing product ,Nut and Bolt are
  galvanized. Since the product been check no
  response from your company. Unaccepted response
  from your company.

Discussion-

• Firstly, after being working with a 5 years
  experience company one should not take the work
  for granted ,so they cant take our
  delivery/order for granted. After the product
  been received the product should be checked on
  out of time so as to Create more further problems
  created related order/delivery.

Findings-

• The problem created was due to lack of
  concentration on work by employee. The
  maintenance team work has not been done on time,
  due which the checking of the product not done on
  work so the problem of leakage has been found
  after implementing the GLS Tank, which been a big
  issue. One should be in touch/up to date towards
  the mails and maintain of the work.

Conclusion-

• One should work on time in which employee should
  be concentrated/alert about mail, meetings, etc.,
  towards the order which been ordered. After the
  product been received and the product being
  damaged and galvanized the solution is to
  directly consult with the Chief of the company
  and to discuss about the issue and try to solve
  it with patiently. After been not receiving
  response from company consult to owner to
  complain about the issues regarding order and
  consult to say about loss which you have to face.
  And in case the situation going serious appoint a
  lawyer to take action against them.

Result-

• Due to late delivery the issue of being
  ,unaccepted losses we had faced. And now being
  received the bad, damaged, galvanized product the
  loss being in a big number. Want response as soon
  as possible before issue become as serious it
  should not be.
