Overview
1ClickSMT offers arrangement of ergonomically
designed, compact hot bar soldering machines with
either a constant or pulsed heat reflow soldering
power supply, a motorized or pneumatic head, and
a range of options including linear or rotary
motion and more.

How does the process work?
Load PCB in the customized fixture. Apply
non-clean flux on pads. Load and position flux
on the PCB. The soldering process gets
started. Thermode moves down on the soldering
area. Uniflow ramps up to the reflow
temperature. Thermode cools down to the cool
temperature. Thermode moves up from the
soldering area. The hot bar soldering process
is over.
