    Harassment. The Indian government enforced this
    policy under the Sexual Harassment of Women at
    Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and
    Redressal) Act in 2013. Indian employers are
    responsible for maintaining a safe working
    environment by adhering to the rules of this

  • POSH is a mandatory policy in any company in
    India. Adherence to POSH policy guidelines and
    training helps the workforce to learn about the
