• Infertility is the inability of a couple to
  obtain a clinically recognizable pregnancy after
  one year of unprotected intercourse. Single most
  important factor in determining the fertility is
  the age of the female partner. If the women age
  is above 35 or above fertility is helved. So it

  months after unprotected intercourse. Counseling

  counseled. The induction of ovulation is done
  with increasing 3 doses of clomiphene citrate for
  3-4 cycles. If no results occurs, then IOD is
  done with gonadotrophines for 3 cycles. If then
  also the couple doesnt conceive then IUI can be
  done. If both tubes are blocked the nit must be
  ensured that there is no causative factor.
