  • Technique 1During anxiety the mind goes through
    a lot of turbulence and there is immense energy
    in the body. During this time try to focus on
    your breath.
  • Channelise all that energy you've going on into
    focusing on your breath.Inhale. Hold on.
    Exhale.Do that 10-20 times to calm yourself
    down.

  • Technique 2.Look around you.When we're anxious
    our ability to focus on things goes away and we
    hardly feel productive anymore.
  • During such times bringing our focus back to our
    senses can help us feel more in control of
    ourselves.

  • Technique 3.Here you can experiment with your
    hobbies. Something that gives you a break,
    because come on we all deserve a break, and why
    to wait for it when we can give gift ourselves
    that at any point.Read. Paint. Play. Spend time
    with your loved one(s). Do something you love!
