TTLG
  • Train to Look Good (TTLG), improve athletic

TRX
  • Total Resistance exercises, refers to a
    specialized form of suspension training. TRX uses
    body weight exercises to develop strength,
    balance, flexibility and core stability
    simultaneously. It can improve mobility and
    stability, increase metabolic results, build lean
    muscle, and develop functional strength.

CROSS CONDITIONING
  • Cross Conditioning is a strength and conditioning
    program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic
    exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises),
    and Olympic weightlifting. Cross Conditioning is
    Hour-long classes at box, typically include a
    warm-up, a skill development segment, the
    high-intensity "workout of the day" (or WOD) and
    a period of individual or group stretching.
