the program, the technical and infrastructural

finance your stay here? What are your funding
sources?
Tell them about your estimate of living costs.
Mention any scholarship that you have received.
Give your financial status and the employment
status of your family members, if asked. Germany
study visa requirements include details of the
funding agency (banks, NBFCs) and Blocked Account
in a German Bank. Ensure that all financial
details are in accordance with the Proof of
Financial Means submitted by you.

details?
A thorough familiarity with University and
program details is expected. You should be able
to enlist Course content and semester wise
break-up of electives if asked. Have an
additional fact-check about significant
contributions done by your department, University
or campus. It is always better to know about
famous personalities who have passed out from
your university.

Are you proficient in the German language?
This is a very significant question which may
determine the status of your Study Abroad Student
Visa. If you have obtained German language
certification from a recognized agency like
Goethe (Goethe Zertifikat), then this provides an
instant advantage to you. However, if you are not
at all familiar with German language, tell them
that your entire course is conducted in English
and demonstrate your willingness to learn the
language to better understand German culture and
interact with the resident population.
