Rara Lake is one of the mythical heavens on
earth. It lies on the Western region of Nepal in
the remote area of Karnali. This lake is the
biggest lake of Nepal and it is situated at an
altitude of 3,000 meters covering an area of 9.8
square km. The nature of Rara lake is ancient and
stunningly beautiful. The drifting waves of the
deep blue sparkling water reflecting the sunlight
in dreamy glow, a rare view we would get in this
bustling city. The clear blue sky with bunch of
cotton candy clouds floating to its edge is peace
to your eyes following the mind. Or i would say
finding inner peace is easy here. Imagining the
view itself is heavenly.

Trekking through the Rara Jumla region is an
interesting as well as a beautiful journey. This
trail will take you through barren landscapes
alternated with beautiful pine forests, over
multiple passes and through remote mountain
