Types of Bridging Visa ?

• Bridging visa A (BVA) subclass 010-
• A person can apply for this visa when his current
  visa is valid and he has already applied for
  substantive one then he can stay in Australia
  till his substantive visa processed, but there is
  the certain condition which needs to be noted
  before applying for this
• The person who has applied for this visa can
  travel in any city of Australia but he is not
  allowed to leave the country.
• If a persons substantive visa is not approved
  then he has 28 days to leave Australia but if he
  has applied for appeal then till judgment the
  bridging visa automatically extended.
• Bridging visa A work as the same visa which
  person previously had like if one had a student
  visa previously then this visa also allows a
  person to study and work.

• Bridging Visa B (BVB) subclass 020
• This Visa is same like Visa B the only thing
  which differentiate both of them is B allows a
  person to travel outside a Australia but there
  is time period associated with it means person
  needs to return before time period expires and
  the reason of travel should be valid and
  important. The person also needs to present valid
  document to prove the reason. The person who has
  visa A can also apply for visa B.

• Bridging Visa C (BVC) subclass 030
• This visa is granted when your current visa is
  expired and you dont apply for a new visa or we
  can say you are unlawfully in Australia then this
  visa comes as savior but there is a certain
  requirement which one need to follow after
  applying for this visa-
• A person is not able to travel outside Australia
  and he is also not eligible to apply for Visa B
  after applying for Visa C.
• This visa prohibits a person to work and one
  needs to make an appeal about his circumstances
  without work.

• Bridging Visa D (BVC) subclass 040
• This visa is granted in a very rare situation and
  this visa is valid for only 5 days.You can apply
  for this visa if you are facing below given
  circumstances
• Your visa is expired or going to expire in 3
  business day.
• Your application has been rejected because of
  wrong form or wrong payment methods.
• You are going to apply for a new visa application
  within 5 days.
• There is no officer allocated to you for the visa
  interview.
• This visa also prohibits you to work or travel
  outside Australia.

• This is also a short term bridging visa, this
  visa is only valid for 28 days and it will prove

  for a substantive visa got canceled and one needs

  noted before applying for this visa
• The person is not able to leave the country
  before this visa expires as it will worsen the
