Creation of BIM Models with LOD-300 for a park
in California

Client Profile
A building construction company from the USA. It
is into the Construction Engineering Business
since 80 years.

Client Requirements
Client provided initial architectural drawings to
Hitech as basis to create structural drawings
and thereby create a Revit BIM model for LOD 300
standards.

Project Challenges
The structural drawings was missing in the
file. We made a structure model on the basis of
assumption from the architectural drawings
provided by the client. Later the client
provided us with a hand sketch which was 90
accurate to what we had assumed.

Our Inputs Solution

• We had pdf files as a inputs and we converted it
  into intelligent BIM models using Revit.
• Next step we created 3D Revit Models with
  different disciplines like Architectural,
  Structural MEP.
• After that we started to look into the
  coordination between the models, so called Clash
  Detection were successful in scrutinizing all
  the clashes.
• We provided material take off project
  completion schedules to client to reduce overall
  project time, cost for the error free and
  smoother construction process.
