3Sitting Stretch
Sit comfortably in a sturdy chair. Slowly lean
forward as much as you can until your fingers
touch (or try to touch) the floor. Hold this
position for 20 seconds, then slowly bring your
body back up to the original position. Repeat
this stretch for 3 to 5 times.
4Waist Twist
Stand relaxed with your arms hanging loose by
your sides. Start swinging your arms gently from
left to right, and let your hands lightly pat
your lower back each time they reach around. This
helps to massage your kidneys. Do a count of 10
swings and then relax yourself.
5Hip Roll
Again stand relaxed and place your hands on your
hips. Start rolling your hips as if you are
playing the hula. Do a clockwise rotation first
for 5 times, then change your direction to
anti-clockwise and rotate your hips another 5
times.
