Cancellation Notification or Email
There are times when QB Enhanced Payroll fails to
reactivate and an email or notification for
cancellation. Generally, the cause for this is
payment failure, but if you ever encounter this
problem, use these steps On your email,
simply click on the Resubscribe link or button.
Once you click, you will automatically land on
the My Account page of your software. Log in
through your id and password, enter your payment
details and click on Save. Then click on
Continue and give a quick look to all the
information that you entered previously.

Now, click on the Reactivate button to initiate
the renewal process. A message will appear
saying -YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS RENEWED The
process will take up to 1 day to fully complete,
after that you can carry on using the payroll
function in your software.
