Here are the steps to follow

• Once you set up wifi, the registration screen
  will display on your device where you have to
  fill the details of your Amazon account. You have
  to provide the username name and password. You
  need tap use an existing Amazon Account option.
  
• If you do not have an Amazon account, create the
  one. 
• Once you have created the account, you need to
  add the payment for buying the e-books from
  Kindle store. You can use either a gift card from
  Amazon or your credit card to make the payment.
