Tsum Valley Trek Details

• Tsum Valley Trekking in Nepal is a sacred
  Himalayan pilgrimage valley located in the
  Manaslu region of Nepal. Tsum Valley was opened
  to tourists in the year 2002 and is becoming a
  popular side trip to the Manaslu Circuit.
• The word Tsum is derived from the Tibetan word
  Tsombo which literally means vivid. Most of the
  local people in Tsum Valley follow unique culture
  related to their ancient Tibetan traditions. Tsum
  Valley is widely recognized for its rich ancient
  art, culture and religion.
• The valley is surrounded by Baudha Himal and
  Himal Chuli to the west, Ganesh Himal to the
  south and Sringi Himal to the north. And the
  dense mixed pine forests fill the hills to the
  east of the valley. Cascading waterfalls,
  mountain-fed rivers, dense forests, striking
  views of surrounding mountains and the unique
  culture of the local people is what makes Tsum
  Valley an excellent destination for keen trekkers
  and explorers.
