  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup brewed hot coffee
  • 1-2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for taste (optional)

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a blender for
    30 secs or until frothy.

  • Ingredients
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2-3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tsp VCO
  • Procedure
  • Mix banana, eggs, cinnamon, honey, vanilla
    extract blend thoroughly.
  • Pour VCO in the cooking pan add mixture in pan.
  • Cook mixture on medium heat. Keep stirring until
    the eggs are well cooked.

Roasted Cauliflower
  • Ingredients
  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp VCO
  • 1 tbsp Indian masala
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander (for garnishing)
  • Procedure
  • Preheat oven to 450 C.
  • Mix VCO, curry powder red chilli powder in a
    large bowl.
  • Add cauliflower to the bowl and toss it until the
    florets are evenly coated.
  • Place them on a large baking sheet roast for
    25-30 mins until light brownish.
  • Garnish it with minced coriander.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Egg Curry with Coconut
  • Ingredients
  • 4 eggs (boiled and peeled)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 dry red chillies 2 slit green chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp meat masala
  • 2 tbsp VCO
  • 1 curry leaves (twig)
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk
  • Procedure
  • Pour VCO in a skillet add mustard seeds.
  • Add dried red chilli, onions green chilli in
    the skillet.
  • Once the onion softens add turmeric, salt, meat
    masala, curry leaves black pepper stir fry
    for one minute.
  • Add coconut milk cook on low temperature for
    5-6 mins
  • Add eggs cook for 2-5 mins.
  • Serve enjoy!

Sweet Corn Soup
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • ½ red bell pepper (deseeded)
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ onion (peeled) (optional) 2 cloves garlic
    (peeled) (optional)
  • 1 cup water (or coconut milk or cream)
  • Salt Pepper

  • Add 1 ½ cup corn, other ingredients ½ cup water
    in a blender blend.
  • Add water based on the thickness of the soup
    personal preference.
  • Add remaining sweet corn in the soup to preserve
    texture.
  • Add salt pepper. (optional)

Avial (Mixed Veg Curry)
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw vegetables (according to preference)
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 2 tsp VCO
  • Procedure
  • Cook veggies in water with turmeric until soft.
  • Add salt to the vegetables.
  • Grind coconut, green chillies, yogurt cumin to
    a paste.
  • Add paste to the cooked vegetables.
