  of sustainable design. Recent projects include La
  Cite Development, Pepsico, and work with Bronx
  Pro Realty.

  Particularly in tall, dense cities like New York
  City, there are added challenges in high-rise
  buildings. Where buildings are within feet of
  each other or even sharing a common wall, the
  chance of fire spreading from building to
