• How Restroplus spring mattresses are made?
• The initial steps start with combining of
  springs, coils shells, which are made of high
• quality steel and then, attaching with a couple
  of layers of insulating mesh protective
• felt. These number of layers protects the springs
  coils from any damage. Next, a foam layer is
  attached over the surface to keep the product
  intact within the surface area. This layer comes
  in various thickness density to provide soft or
  hard sleeping surfaces. Later, it is clothed in
  the fabric. The fabric is made of high quality
  material which holds all the layers in a firm
  position. Finally, everything is stapled together
  and processed for delivery.

• What are the materials used
• Restroplus packs upto 1,000 Bonell spring coils
  which are made of steel springs wrapped on the
  top and bottom circular portion of the coil.
  These pocketed spring mattresses are
  hand-assembled, pre-compressed, patterned on
  honeycombs to reduce spares between the coils.
  The steel wires are procured from South Africa
  India, insulating mesh from Spain, foam from
  prominent producers in Chennai and world-class
  fabrics from Coimbatore, India.
• Each of the mattresses undergoes through Cornell
  type accelerated life tests on a Leggett Platt
  (US) machine before being dispatched to the
  market. With such high quality materials, best
