ABOUT US
Our cabin crew licensing course covers all the
training modules required by the SACAA for the
licensing of the flight attendant - air hostess -
cabin crew members. We are proud to announce
that we boast with a 100 success rate for
licensing of cabin our courses take place over a
6-week period members. A Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
certificate is not required for the licensing
training course however it is normally a minimum
requirement when airline operators advertise
positions for cabin crew members. The duration
of the cabin crew member licensing course is 6
weeks.

After completing Travel and Tourism ZA course you
will be able to
Advise customers on passport and visa
requirements, as well as on travel insurance
options. Promote services and facilities
available to airline passengers during their
travel. Interpret standard industry codes to plan
and reserve travel itineraries Sell rail travel,
car rental, hotel accommodation, cruises and pre-
packaged tour products. Provide good customer
service and retain customer loyalty. Use the
Global Distribution System to make and maintain
reservations and issue travel documents.

AIRPORT GROUND STAFF TRAINING
The need and demand for efficient ground staff
is increasing. In addition, tons of cargo is
transported by air daily. Airport ground staff
training course trains you to handle both people
cargo, and to work in various job roles in the
areas of airport handling, cargo and
transportation, passenger handling, and customer
service. The course offered as a distance
learning diploma or full-time certificate.

Multilingual skills are advantageous in
communicating with passengers from all parts of
the world. Competition is stiff for flight

are no guarantees of employment, aspiring flight
attendants may find it advantageous to complete a
flight crew training program approved by the

Flight crew training includes hands on experience
