2Weve been long-devoted to improving the way we
engage with people and our planet. We believe
that going green is not a trend, but rather a
commitment to constantly evolve our range we
evaluate how objects can be improved then create
new designs that make more sense in todays
world. Our products are the result of daily
observations around us, or at home with our 3
girls, who are a constant source of inspiration.

3Our DNA
EKOBO began its story in 2003 with the launch of
EKOBO Handmade in artisanal bamboo villages of
Northern Vietnam. EKOBOs mission was to combine
modern aesthetics and traditional handicraft to
make bamboo, a sustainable resource, a more
mainstream material.
4Designed for everyday use, at home or on the
move, our BIOBU Eco-Composite products offer an
alternative to traditional plastic, disposable or
fragile dishware and home accessories.
5Why Bamboo ?
- A highly renewable, eco-friendly resource.
- Flourishes organically without pesticides,
- fertilizers or herbicides.
- Can be continuously harvested every 3 years
- without damaging the planet.
- Strong durable material
- Reusable, light and less fragile than glass or
ceramics.
- Respectful of health safety standards
- unlike products coated with varnish.
- Easy daily maintenance and dishwasher safe
- unlike wood or other natural material.
6Our Range of Materials
FSC-Certified Bamboo
100 Organic Cotton
100 RePET Fabric
One of our earths most renewable resources,
bamboo is a fast-growing, naturally-regenerative
woody grass which flourishes organically without
pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides.
The EKOBO Home textile range is inspired from
traditional Turkish bath cloth or Peshtemal
which is absorbent and fast-drying.
EKOBO Lunch Bags are made from recycled PET water
bottles. Such approach helps to reduce and reuse
existing plastic waste.

7Our Range of Materials
Silicone
Cork
The cork weve used in our designs is a
conglomerate. It is made by combining the waste
material (cork and dust granules) of industrial
cork production and a LFGB approved food-safe
resin.
We've added silicone tops and details to our
range as it's a flexible, long-lasting, safer
alternative to plastic made from an abundant
resource.

10User Testimonial
We have been using our Ekobo gusto plates for
about a year now and I have to tell you how much
we love them.
They are the perfect size and stack so well in
our RV. We travel full time so having plates that
wont break in transit is essential. Its just an
added bonus that theyre super cute.
We love the color selection and the durability.
We get asked about these dishes often and we
always recommend them to our friends. Be prepared
to settle arguments from your kids over who gets
what color )
Ekobo dishes are our number one pick for daily
use and we cant wait to expand our collection of
dinnerware! My eye is set on the oil diffuser,
too!
