Crane crew

• Using Crane Crew (Crane Crew Management) tracking
  helps to fast-track the entire crew management
  process, reduces the work-load and minimizes
  errors by generating pairings.

Tower crane driver

• monitoring sensors that measure wind speed, crane
  stability and load weights
• carrying out minor repairs to machinery
• reporting any problems to the crane supervisor

• loading and unloading lorries
• shifting loads around the site
• keeping records of the materials youve moved
• setting up cranes and carrying out safety checks

Tower crane operator

• Operate tower crane to move large and heavy
  objects such as construction materials and
  shipping containers.
• Base crane movements upon hand and radio signals
  from ground supervisor or signaler
• Steer the crane utilizing levers within the
  control console or remotely via a remote console.

Riggers

• The rigger is often the eyes for the crane
  operator, and they are responsible for directing
  the operator on how to best move and deposit the
  item

• Maintaining drilling rig engines and motors,
  including the fluid systems
• Rigger jobs are one of our main specialties at
  Alpha Crane. Were known for our top-of-the-line
  equipment and ability to source what we need for
  any project.

Dogman operator

• Be conversant with the crane being used and the
  mode of operation so that each job can be safely
  co-ordinated with the operator and other team
  members
• Be positioned and clearly seen to safely observe
  the entire operation.
• Have good vision and sound judgment, know
  standard crane signals, be able to give signals
  clearly and must have enough experience to be
  able to recognize hazards and signal the operator
  to avoid them.
