  experience in more than one vertical can be a

  practical skills, but your passion for the work
  you do too. Use the STAR technique to show
  yourself off as a problem solver. Describe a
  challenging professional Situation that you found
  yourself in, outline the Task that you were
  called upon to complete, detail the Action you
  took, and explain the positive Result that your
  action achieved. In an interview scenario, your
  work cant speak for itself, so dont be afraid
  to blow your own trumpet.

  system, youre inevitably going to cross paths
  with people who arent as technically savvy as
